Chandni’s Reflection on the MBA Progam

Studying MBA in Chang Gung University (CGU) not only educated me about management concepts but it has also provided diverse, conducive and truly international environment for learning. Initially, fundamentals and theories of management were very well explained and taught by highly qualified, supportive, hardworking and inspirational professors. Professors have designed teaching methodology in very unique way by which we got to know real problems in management and we were asked to solve various case studies of all the major management concepts. Curriculum of MBA program was not only restricted to classroom learning but it was also consisted of two months of internship. Internship program gave me exposure of working culture in Taiwan. I worked as an intern at Diamond firm located in Taipei. Later, the report was presented to committee members in order to draw out, share and channelize learning experience. Further, various Guest speakers were invited to acknowledge students about the current world scenario related to business. Apart from theoretical and practical knowledge the most important aspect I have learned throughout the course is working in groups with integrity and team spirit. Overall, it was indeed a great learning experience at CGU which made me courageous to confront real business challenges.
